TESTIMONIAL

“We are delighted that we chose Ian and Chris to shoot our snapshot of the Community Land Trust Network. Their clear grasp of storytelling through pictures in their proposal gave us confidence they could execute the brief we gave them, as well as providing a dynamic creative input into what inevitably would be busy schedules.

We also felt that Film Infinity had an inherent understanding of the community feel we wanted to capture. The team shot interesting and arresting imagery from our community groups all over the UK. The team are excellent communicators and have shown that they can organise multiple shoots on consecutive days, arriving on schedule and supplying the pictures promptly.

The photos Film Infinity delivered are truly brilliant. They capture exactly what we asked for, and have an atmosphere, energy, and vitality even where that was a tough ask. The pictures are of the highest quality. Film Infinity are a delight to work with. I can recommend them without reservation”

Peg Alexander- Community Land Trust, Campaigns and Business Development Manager, National CLT Network

THE BRIEF

Community Land Trusts – or CLTs – give ordinary people the means to steward land for local wellbeing; developing and managing homes and other assets important to their local community.More than housing. In England and Wales, many CLTs are concerned with affordable homes. But the CLT model can also be used to safeguard assets valuable to the community like community enterprises, food growing or workspaces. Or to steward large areas of common or public land.

Film Infinity worked extensively with Community Land Trusts (CLTs) across the UK, providing professional photography that captured the people, places, and values at the heart of these organisations. With a strong background in reportage and press photography, Film Infinity has built a portfolio of images that showcase the vital work of CLTs, helping them communicate their impact through compelling visuals.

THE SOLUTION

Our experience in press and community photography has enabled us to work effectively with a diverse range of people, ensuring they feel comfortable in front of the camera. Whether photographing board members, volunteers, or local residents, we specialise in capturing authentic moments that reflect the true essence of each trust.

Film Infinity has worked closely with multiple CLTs, producing images that are used in marketing, communications, and funding applications. By documenting meetings, housing developments, and community initiatives, we have helped trusts build strong visual identities that resonate with their audiences.

We developed a tailored approach for the CLT photography. For each CLT, we developed a standardised brief in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring that all essential images were captured, including:

• Group and team portraits

• Housing developments and interiors

• Community engagement in action

• Header images for websites and reports

• Supporting contextual and incidental shots

Shoots were scheduled to coincide with meetings or events, maximising opportunities to document the trusts’ work in a natural and dynamic way.

THE OUTCOME

We have an excellent track record regarding deadlines. Film Infinity understands the importance of fast turnaround times. Edited images were delivered within 24 hours in both high and low resolution via secure file-sharing platforms. Additionally, all files were backed up locally and remotely to ensure long-term security and accessibility. All the files are securely stored and are readily available and easily accessed. These image files can then be quickly formatted to suit the clients social media requirements.

We have proven experience in the Sector. Beyond our work with CLTs, Film Infinity has provided photography services for a range of housing associations and community organisations, including:

• Bedford Pilgrims Housing Association

• Affinity Water’s community engagement initiatives

• Active Luton’s health and well-being projects

• London & Quadrant and Curo Housing on Shared Ownership case studies

With extensive experience working in the not-for-profit sector, Film Infinity continues to support organisations that prioritise community impact over commercial gain. RORY McFADDEN, GRAHAM CONSTRUCTION

“We are really happy with the results and it is all down to their enthusiasm and patience. We couldn’t have done it without Film Infinity and we look forward to working with them on the next project”.

SAM CORDERY, MEGAMAN UK

“We were delighted with the outcome and we have already had numerous comments on the quality on the video. I would thoroughly recommend Film Infinity and hope to work with the guys again in the near future”

MIKE BECK, THE UNDERFLOOR SUPERSTORE

“I cannot say enough to thank Film Infinity for their responsive, professional and dedicated approach to my project. They worked quickly to find the best solution and ensured the process throughout was easy and seamless. I will definitely be using Film Infinity again”

LAURA NEWMAN-CARDWELL , OUTPUT STUDIO

“Film Infinity were relaxed and easy to work with, and kept any disruption to a minimum. They were patient and understanding throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending them to another NHS hospital”

JENNIE PONTING, BASILDON & THURROCK NHS

“We worked with Film Infinity to create a series of promotional films for one of our well established product ranges, and they were fantastic throughout. The amount of equipment they brought with them and levels of professionalism were an instant confidence boost and reassurance that we had made the right decision”

TOM BROOKS, SYRRIS

“Film Infinity exceeded our expectations. With a can-do attitude nothing was too much trouble. They are not only great cameramen and producers, but they proved that they could manage any situation including directing and filming international children in London on the busiest and hottest day of the year! As for the final video, when they sent the first edit through, my reaction was ‘wow!’. In addition to all of this, they were simply just nice people to work with.”

NATALIE DAWE, BELL ENGLISH

“Film Infinity documented one of the most ambitious conservation projects even undertaken on a work by Henry Moore. Large Figure in a Shelter was Moore’s last and largest sculpture and required complete surface sanding and repatination. The filming necessitated a number of visits over several weeks to ensure that each stage of the process was recorded. The result is probably the most useful educational film on bronze sculpture restoration ever made and provides a unique insight into the techniques passed down by Moore’s own assistants and still in use today”

ANITA FELDMAN, HENRY MOORE FOUNDATION

“Recognising the importance of video as a marketing tool, we were looking to commission a short film to publicise our current exhibition. Film Infinity listened to what we wanted, advised us, and then delivered a stunning piece of work that ticked all the boxes. In essence, they were a joy to work with”

ROB BURTON, HATFIELD HOUSE

“We asked Film Infinity to produce a high quality and informative video on the opening of our new Academy. From the outset, they were professional, well organised and flexible. They were able to get the best out of the students as well as providing impartial advice to the School to ensure the best outcome. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome as it manages to both capture the ethos and culture of the School, as well as be informative and entertaining. I would recommend them without hesitation and will be using them again in the future.”
