ENSURING THE CLEAR, CONCISE AND CONSISTENT DELIVERY OF KEY INFORMATION

The main advantages of induction videos are:

  • It can be played at any time of the day or night, to as many or as few new operatives as required.
  • It ensures the CLEAR, CONCISE, CONSISTENT delivery of key information.
  • It delivers this key information QUICKLY, in a MEMORABLE format.
  • Our videos are ENTERTAINING, ENGAGING and INFORMATIVE.

We produce generic induction videos featuring the traditional Health and safety issues but also make site specific induction videos highlighting key issues that are unique to a particular project such as airports or working near water.

Your existing process may take several hours. This time consuming procedure may have to be repeated numerous times throughout the day to accommodate new operatives turning up at random times. This is not just an inefficient use of your time but can also create delays or prevent new operatives from starting work, ultimately wasting money. Check out our scriptwriting guide

Good organisation is key to the success of your film.  We suggest a site visit so we can meet the key personnel involved, this gives them the opportunity to explain and express their requirements.  In turn, we can explain the production process and provide guidance on the best way forward.

Over the years we have gained a considerable amount of construction Health and Safety knowledge, and we now know when we see something that is not appropriate for filming.  This means we can identify any issues immediately, rectify the problem, and then film the procedure correctly.

CLIENT:  A1 GROUP

PROJECT: STAFF INDUCTION VIDEO, WOKINGHAM.

The A1 Group needed an induction video that could quickly induct new personnel and arm them with all the information required to work safely at the Wokingham site.  We initially spent a day on site with A1 writing the script and formulating the storyboard and shot list.  We then filmed on two separate Sundays when the site was shut so we could safely film the video.  This is a great example of how we can successfully communicate all the important safety information in a concise, detailed, digestable format.

CLIENT:  GRAHAM CONSTRUCTION & LAGAN CONSTRUCTION

PROJECT: GREEN PORT HULL JV PROJECT INDUCTION FILM, HULL, SOUTH YORKSHIRE.

The scheme includes infilling one third of Alexandra Dock with 780,000 m3 of material and reclaiming 7.5 ha of the river to create a new 650m quay wall, which can accommodate three offshore wind installation vessels.  We were commissioned to produce an induction film incorporating footage from their existing generic induction film but also filming new site specific chapters that would highlight health and safety issues unique to this project.

RORY McFADDEN, GRAHAM CONSTRUCTION

“We are really happy with the results and it is all down to their enthusiasm and patience. We couldn’t have done it without Film Infinity and we look forward to working with them on the next project”.

SAM CORDERY, MEGAMAN UK

“We were delighted with the outcome and we have already had numerous comments on the quality on the video. I would thoroughly recommend Film Infinity and hope to work with the guys again in the near future”

MIKE BECK, THE UNDERFLOOR SUPERSTORE

“I cannot say enough to thank Film Infinity for their responsive, professional and dedicated approach to my project. They worked quickly to find the best solution  and ensured the process throughout was easy and seamless. I will definitely be using Film Infinity again”

LAURA NEWMAN-CARDWELL , OUTPUT STUDIO

“Film Infinity were relaxed and easy to work with, and kept any disruption to a minimum. They were patient and understanding throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending them to another NHS hospital”

JENNIE PONTING, BASILDON & THURROCK NHS

“We worked with Film Infinity to create a series of promotional films for one of our well established product ranges, and they were fantastic throughout. The amount of equipment they brought with them and levels of professionalism were an instant confidence boost and reassurance that we had made the right decision”

TOM BROOKS, SYRRIS

“Film Infinity exceeded our expectations. With a can-do attitude nothing was too much trouble. They are not only great cameramen and producers, but they proved that they could manage any situation including directing and filming international children in London on the busiest and hottest day of the year! As for the final video, when they sent the first edit through, my reaction was ‘wow!’. In addition to all of this, they were simply just nice people to work with.”

NATALIE DAWE, BELL ENGLISH

“Film Infinity documented one of the most ambitious conservation projects even undertaken on a work by Henry Moore. Large Figure in a Shelter was Moore’s last and largest sculpture and required complete surface sanding and repatination. The filming necessitated a number of visits over several weeks to ensure that each stage of the process was recorded. The result is probably the most useful educational film on bronze sculpture restoration ever made and provides a unique insight into the techniques passed down by Moore’s own assistants and still in use today”

ANITA FELDMAN, HENRY MOORE FOUNDATION

“Recognising the importance of video as a marketing tool, we were looking to commission a short film to publicise our current exhibition.  Film Infinity listened to what we wanted, advised us, and then delivered a stunning piece of work that ticked all the boxes. In essence, they were a joy to work with”

ROB BURTON, HATFIELD HOUSE

“We asked Film Infinity to produce a high quality and informative video on the opening of our new Academy.  From the outset, they were professional, well organised and flexible.  They were able to get the best out of the students as well as providing impartial advice to the School to ensure the best outcome.  We are absolutely delighted with the outcome as it manages to both capture the ethos and culture of the School, as well as be informative and entertaining.  I would recommend them without hesitation and will be using them again in the future.”
